Comfort and Care delivered to your front door.

The stress of day-to-day living is hard on the body and mind. Massage is extremely effective at helping you slip into your parasympathetic nervous system state: the state in which your body can repair and regenerate. When the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, it produces a calm and relaxed feeling in the mind and body.

Swedish Relaxation Sensation
$160 | 60min
$180 | 75min
$205 | 90min

The Swedish Relaxation Sensation is the perfect massage for those who prefer a lighter touch. Swedish massage is designed for calming the mind, relaxing the body and letting go of stress. We combine various elements of traditional Swedish massage—long slow strokes, kneading, range-of-motion exploration, stretching, tapotement, gentle vibrations and rocking—to create a truly soothing experience. This type of massage uses light to medium pressure. It feels great, is never painful and calms your nervous system, leaving you feeling soothed and at ease.

When you live a mountain life, you are bound to have mountain injuries. While we don’t replace the need for a doctor or physical therapist, we can offer some comfort through your recovery. A physical therapist might be treating your knee injury, but we can treat the rest of your body. After a week on crutches, sleeping in awkward positions or favoring one side, your body is bound to be sore from compensatory dysfunction. Receiving massage will feel great, improve your mental state and speed your recovery.

Customized Recovery
$170 | 60min
$210 | 75min
$250 | 90min

We take your recovery seriously. A thorough intake is the first step. Using information you provide and recommendations from your physical therapist or doctor, we will create a custom treatment plan for your session. This may include trigger point, myofascial and deep-tissue techniques as well as cross-fiber friction, range-of-motion exploration, cupping and stretching. This treatment is for those who want to focus on problem areas and is not meant to be a full body massage.

When you work hard and play hard, you need to make time for self-care. Give your body and mind an invigorating and restorative treatment. Too many hours at the desk? Too many miles on the trail? Hitting it hard on the slopes? Give your body the love it deserves. The benefits of massage are endless. Reduce pain and stress, improve circulation and flexibility, enhance immune function, reduce fatigue and improve sleep. Get revived now!

Deep Soothe Massage

$190 | 75min
$215 | 90min

This is our most popular treatment. The Deep Soothe Massage offers the best of both worlds. We start with soothing feel-good strokes and kneading followed by deeper pressure and trigger-point therapy to help you release muscular tension and relieve aches and pains. This head-to-toe treatment includes scalp massage and attention to hands and feet, as well as aromatherapy. Always pleasurable and never painful, this is the perfect massage for someone who wants a feel-good experience along with some therapeutic deep-tissue work.
